Saint Patrick's Day

Saint Patrick's Day is fast approaching and my kiddos and I are working on something special to share with you all! Let's just say, "Leprechauns BEWARE!" In the meantime I am wondering if anyone has any special Saint Patrick's Day traditions they would share, (just click on comments below). I had a friend whose mom made a GREEN Jello Poke Saint Patrick's Day cake every year when we were growing up. There is the obvious, wearing green, corned beef and cabbage, and I suppose green beer.... but what else? Please do share!
